Property was clean, room small although ok.

They gave me an early check in

Easy commute to central 3 min walk to the tube. Clean, quiet and convenient. Worked out perfectly for the two stays I made. While I worked in Bank & St Paul’s.

Everything was as it was described and the staff were informative and helpful

Jade doesn't include b.f You can cook mils in the tiny kitchen in the closet. There is a sink, Microwave, and some plates and minibar fridge the hotel is near the tube station (300 meters) 4 minutes walk

room was quaint and clean, staff friendly and helpful location was good for using underground if required but further out if walking to Harrods/Hyde park breakfast not ordered for this stay

The hosts were very kind. Absolutely enjoyed the random conversations at the reception with them.

Nice room with great location,clean with all required facilities even small kitchenette in closet of refrigerator,microwave,sink and cutlery.

I booked last minute after trains being cancelled meant being stuck in London. I was amazed at how lovely this little place was. I’m used to travelling a lot and staying in hotels (mainly chains), so wasn’t expecting much for something booked an hour before arriving. It was like a little home away from home. Comfortable bed, super clean and modern little shower room, good air con, fridge, and even a couple of biscuits with my tea! The chap on the front desk was also polite, helpful, friendly and professional.

Location, staff and cleanliness

The room and bed were extremely comfortable. The location for what we needed for work was perfect.

It was very good except the window in the room did not open at all. It was stuffy. Otherwise it was good!

Great location, friendly staff, surprisingly quiet location considering how close it is to Earls Court Road. Good connections to get into and out of the city. The mini kitchen is genius and the rooms have everything you'd need. Very safe for a stay as a lone traveller

A beautiful and super clean hotel! Freshly renovated. Spacious rooms. Luxurious toiletry. Good location. A hidden gem!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, The gentleman that helped me was fantastic and went above and beyond. The property itself is located in a wonderful area so close to the tube and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Very convenient to tube station, very clean. Towels changed every day.

Absolutely filthy! A finger nail on the towel! Hair in the bathroom! 5am a loud noise started and had to leave the room! The manager promised a refund, but didn’t even reply the email I sent! Unfortunately I cannot upload the video of the noise at 5am that woke me up and scared me and kept on for 15min before I left.
